Terms of Service

You must agree to these terms before ordering from me. If you have any questions or need clarification, please feel free to reach out.

General

• Please provide visual references and/or detailed descriptions of your project. The more detail provided, the more I accurately I can accommodate your vision.

  • Visual references are the most beneficial, but detailed written descriptions can be worked with.

  • Providing moodboards/inspo boards is especially helpful as an addition to any reference materials.

• I will NOT mimic another artist’s art style, characters, etc. I retain the right to decline an order based on requests of replicating an art style other than my own.

• I will NOT draw NSFW subjects/topics. If you are looking for that, I am not the artist for you.

• I retain the right to display any work done in my portfolio. Any requests to exclude work from my portfolio will be met with a discussion, contract, and monetary compensation.

Payments

• A quote will be provided to each client. Prices listed on the Catalogue of Services are starting points, but ultimately pricing will vary based on the project.

• Pricing per service is non-negotiable.

• All payments are made via Paypal or Venmo

• Payment plans can be discussed for projects quoted at $500 or more. Payment plans will be documented thoroughly between myself and the client prior to starting work on the project.

Process + Revisions

My goal is to collaborate closely with you to bring your vision to fruition. Revisions and edits are welcome! I encourage clients to politely provide input and feedback.

• All works-in-progress will be watermarked and deliverables during the in-progress stages are lower resolution.

• Revisions during the sketch phases are the most easy to accommodate and will not require additional compensation.

• Revisions beyond the sketch stage may require extra compensation.

• Once work is completed and approved, no further edits will be made to the artwork.

Deadlines + Delivery

Please note: I do have a full-time job beyond art at this time. I work around my “day job” schedule and therefore, work may take some time to complete.

• I am to complete orders within a 30-day time frame if a deadline is not provided.

• High quality, high resolution files will not be delivered until final approval and full payment has been processed.

• Deadlines must be discussed thoroughly before work begins. I will not begin work until a deadline is discussed and deemed feasible, and I will not accept the addition of a deadline in the middle of the process.

• Rush orders may incur additional fees.

USE

• The services I provide are tailored to each individual client’s needs.

• My work is not to be edited by the client or anyone else without prior permission. I maintain the right to deny such a request.

• My work is not to be fed into LLM/AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI, Adobe AI tools, etc). There is no exception to this, and anyone caught doing this will be barred from ordering from me.

• Orders made with the intentions of making a profit must be discussed beforehand. I do implement additional charges of a 100% price increase for art intended with the purpose of merch and profitable items.

Communication + Feedback

• I do my best to make myself available to my clients and keep communication open. However, I cannot be available 24/7. Please be patient if I do not get back to you immediately and be reasonable about asking for order updates.

• Do not be afraid to offer constructive critiques and feedback! This includes redlines if you so desire (they’re very helpful!) I want your order to meet your needs and expectations!
